Lisa Edelstein was an American actress who is best known as the actress who starred in Fox's House medical series. Raised in Wayne with a strict Jewish traditions, she moved in New York City at the age of 18 and began studying theater at Tisch school of arts. Soon after, she was involved in club culture, causing enough of a stir to attract the media's attention. Eventually she used her training along with her fame and training to write and compose a musical called Positive Me as well as to appear in the film. In the following year, she was hired by MTV to host Awake on the Wild Side. Once the program was over, she went on to join the film as well as TV productions. The first time she worked, she was able to get tiny roles and then established herself in the process of becoming an actress.
