Alison Krauss

Alison Krauss, born in Decatur in Illinois on July 23, 1971 is a popular and wealthy Country Singer. LeAnn Kymes, along with Krauss, were among the youngest Grammy Award-winners. Alison Maria Krauss is an American singer, songwriter and bluegrass musician. Born on July 23, 1971. Her age was just teen when she began her journey into the music world and was a winner of local contests at the age of 10 old and recording her first album when she was fourteen years of age. She signed to Rounder Records in 1985 and released her first single album, a solo one in the year 1987. The band invited her to join the group with whom she performs Alison Krauss and Union Station as well as releasing her debut album with them as a band in 1989.
